Each Gift set includes 1 can of Smoking Chips. Chip flavor options include Apple, Beechwood, Cherry, Hickory, Maple, and Pecan. Hickory is our personal favorite! The advantage to smoking chips is you can try different flavors, they are easier to light & burn for plenty of smoke, AND the chips also preserve the tray, extending your usage. There are endless possibilities to try, you could experiment with cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans, coffee beans, or other wood chip flavors, the options are plenty.
